As I was taking the T to get to south station today I realized the amount of food advertisements there were. From grub hub to other online food sites like yelp they all had the same underlying message. Grub hubs slogan was, "talk less, eat more". Surrounded by pictures of burgers and fries. Our culture constantly sends out messages that skinny is beautiful but also advertises for people to eat more which causes obesity. There's no win! Call that food for thought

Today I got dinner from Chipotle. The entire staff of the Chipotle that I went to. I thought to myself while I was in line, how interesting, An all black kitchen staff, making mexican food, for a corporation that is owned by white people. Im not sure what to think of this but I feel like there might be something left to uncover. Why is that white people create restaurants to profit off of other cultures quizine? Is that justified or could it just be a little bit racist?
