The best most underrated food I think may be quinoa or couscous. Wicked in expensive and boy can it be made with anything. I highly recommend this food as it's good in carbs and has good health benefits in terms of nutrition!

Today I was in Boston and I went to a restaurant called Boloco (Boston Local Company). It was a Mexican grill place similar to Chipotle or Moe's but it had a real focus on being environmentally friendly and recycling. Why aren't more restaurants aware of the environment and waste? It also seems that very few if any restaurants concern themselves with issues of race, and the idea that white people can just manage other races traditional foods. Also how much more expensive is it to run an environmental and racially conscious business versus a normal one? Is there any price difference or is it just that the people in control don't care?
